A local partner in Spain for your clients.
When a client of yours wants to buy a home in Madrid or on the Costa del Sol, whether to relocate or as a second home, RADA Property supports the process on the ground while you remain their trusted adviser.
If you received an email from me, simply reply to it.
What RADA Property covers
- Residential purchase of a home in Madrid or on the Costa del Sol.
- Relocation to Spain, from the first search to settling in.
- Second homes for clients who want a base in Spain.
For clients whose focus is investment, Create Equity is a separate, complementary capability. It is not part of RADA Property's residential work.
How I support you and your client
I act as your local partner in Spain. For each buyer you introduce, I handle:
- The property search, in the areas and price range your client chooses.
- Due diligence on the property and the seller's documentation.
- Negotiation on the buyer's side.
- Coordination through closing with the independent lawyers and tax advisers the purchase needs.
You stay informed and your client keeps you as their adviser at home. RADA Property is not a law firm, a tax adviser or a mortgage broker, and nothing on this site is legal, tax or financial advice.
How we would work together
- You tell me about a client who is considering Spain, or you send them my way.
- I work directly with the buyer and keep you in the loop at every stage.
- The relationship with you is agreed individually and in writing. It depends on your eligibility, your state's rules and your brokerage's policy, so I do not assume anything in advance.
There is no minimum volume and no track record required to have a conversation.
Who you would be working with
Andrés Rada, Founder of RADA Property.
I have 15 years of experience in M&A and finance, and 3 years working specifically in real estate. I work with buyers directly, and I would work with you the same way: by email, with clear communication and no surprises.
Questions brokers ask
Do I need to have referred clients to Spain before?
No. Prior international deals are not a requirement for a first conversation.
What does a partnership involve?
It is formalised individually with each broker, in writing. I will send a short outline first, and nothing is agreed until we both confirm it.
Does my client have to use RADA Property?
No. Your client decides, and you remain their trusted adviser throughout.
Where do you work?
Madrid and the Costa del Sol.
Let's talk.
The quickest way is a short email. I will reply personally and send a brief outline of how a partnership would work.
Emails you send are handled as described in the privacy notice.
